My special role in the office: Doing the ZOOM whitening. I assist in making sure that instruments are clean and sterilized. I also make sure that office is clean and organized.
What I like the most about my job: I love working with people. I also like the relaxed and caring environment.
The most important part of my job: My goal is to keep patients moving in a timely manner. Carrying for the patients and making them feel relaxed and comfortable.
My special interests: Watching my children participate in sports.
Position: Certified Dental Assistant (C.D.A.)
Years in Dentistry: 1 year.
Years with Perrott Dentistry: I have been with Dr. Perrott and his team for three months, I look forward to many more years.
Education/Training: I attended Choffin Career Center in 2014 for dental assisting and graduated in 2014 after taking my boards with the Ohio State Dental Assisting exam, I became certified in the State of Ohio.
My special role in the office: I assist the doctor during many procedures such as but not limited to fillings, root canals, crowns, impressions and x-rays. I enjoy working with patients and making them feel comfortable during their visit.
What I like the most about my job: Working with the best patients ever, they never fail to put a smile on my face and Dr. Perrott and team are great to work with.
The most important part of my job: Patient care is the most important part of my job, keeping them comfortable and confident in their smile, as well as setting up and staying on time.
My special interests: I enjoy spending time with friends, working out and spending time out on the lake.

My special role in the office: "Old Dog" (Lynne has been in the practice longer than I have. She worked for one of the Doctors whose practice I assumed. She is hardly an "Old Dog”.
What I like the most about my job: The friendships I've developed with the patients and staff over the years.

What is the most important part of your job? Making patients feel comfortable. Letting patients know the importance of regular cleaning visits to prevent potential dental issues.

Special role in the office: I check and verify patients' insurance coverage and gather information regarding their benefits, co-payments and deductibles. I also review all prior authorizations and coordination of benefits. I also hep patients with third-party financing to make their treatment much more affordable.
Position: Business Manager

Education/Training: Business Management (YSU), Completed a two-year Dental Assisting Program. Special role in the office: Working with patients to understand their treatment, insurance, and finances to achieve optimal dental care.
What I like best about my job: I enjoy working with patients and when they are happy with their new smiles. It makes it even all the more worthwhile. Most important part of my job: To ensure patients are taken care of professionally from start to finish.
Special Interests: I enjoy attending concerts, wineries, and traveling with family.

Dr. Robert D. Perrott has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years. After receiving a BA in chemistry from Washington and Jefferson College, he studied at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1988.
He then entered a General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Centre in Youngstown, Ohio. He also received additional education at Midwest Implant Institute in Columbus, Ohio. The MII is an American Dental Association-recognized continuing education provider in endodonics, implants, bone grafting, piezzo-surgery, lateral nerve repositioning, among others.
Throughout these 25 years, Dr. Perrott has received, and maintained accreditations from the Cordon Palmer Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Laser Dentistry, and others.
